Leadership is rarely about having all the answers.

It’s about creating the clarity, trust and conditions for people to think, contribute and perform at their best.

I’ve spent nearly 30 years working in education and leadership, including senior leadership and headship roles, as well as working as an HMI inspector and supporting governance and board-level leadership. I’ve also coached and supported leaders through complex challenges, change and professional development.

That breadth of experience has given me a perspective that sits beyond any one role or organisation. I understand the realities of leading people, navigating accountability, making difficult decisions and creating cultures where people can do their best work.

Today, I work with leaders and organisations to strengthen leadership, culture, accountability and trust — with inclusion, well-being and sustainable performance at the heart of the work.
