I work with aspiring, middle, senior and headship leaders to strengthen their leadership practice, build confidence and find practical ways forward. Drawing on extensive leadership experience, including headship and inspection, I offer thoughtful challenge, professional reflection and support focused on what matters most to you.

Support can be shaped around individual priorities, whether that means building confidence, strengthening leadership practice or navigating a particularly demanding period.
Individual leadership coaching
Confidential, one-to-one coaching that provides space to think clearly, explore challenges, test assumptions and identify practical ways forward.
Focused leadership development
A more structured programme of support around a particular leadership priority, such as stepping into a new role, developing influence, managing change or strengthening accountability.
Leadership development for groups
Support for small groups of colleagues who want to develop their leadership practice together, explore shared challenges or build greater consistency in how they lead.
Leadership development can take different forms, depending on your priorities, the experience of the leader and the support needed.
The format, number of sessions and focus of the work can be agreed around your school's needs and budget. Most sessions can take place remotely, with face-to-face work available by agreement.
Individual coaching: from £75 per 50-minute online session.
Focused coaching programme: typically £280 for a short programme of three or four sessions.
Extended leadership development: from £500, depending on the scope and duration of the programme.
These are guide prices to support planning. We can agree the most appropriate format, number of sessions and timescale to meet your school's needs and budget. Face-to-face delivery can also be discussed, with any additional travel costs agreed in advance.
Protected time to think.
Sessions last 50 minutes, creating dedicated space for reflection and focused leadership development while recognising the demands on a school leader's working day. My approach supports sustainable performance by treating time to think as an important part of effective leadership, not another task to squeeze into the diary.
